Dirty Turf has a combination of 15 years installation and over 30 years of professional cleaning experience. We know and understand both sides of artificial turf. When Dirty Turf partners handle installation, it’s done the very best way for longevity and controlling odors.

Labor warranty is between 2 to 3 years. The manufacturer warranty is 15 years. In some cases there is a 15 year manufacturer warranty in which 8 years us labor backed depending on the turf you select. A labor backed warranty means should anything go wrong with the turf itself, the manufacturer will include the labor up to 8 years.

Artificial turf degradation refers to the gradual wearing down or deterioration of synthetic grass fibers, as well as other components of an artificial turf system, over time. This can be caused by various factors, including heavy use, exposure to UV rays, extreme temperatures, and exposure to chemicals and other pollutants. Over time, the fibers in an artificial turf field may become matted, lose their resilience and natural appearance, and may even begin to unravel or fall apart. If you can pull on the grass blades and they rip out, your artificial turf needs to be replaced.
