Refund Policy

At Dirty Turf, we take pride in the quality of our turf cleaning and maintenance services. Each project is handled with professional care and attention to detail to ensure our customers receive exceptional results. Because our services are custom and labor-based, all sales are considered final once work has begun, unless otherwise required by law.

Service Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied. If you fail to be present at the service location at the scheduled time, the same fee may be applied to cover scheduling, labor, and resource allocation costs.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not issued after a service has been completed. However, if you believe a service was not performed as agreed, please contact us within 3 business days of completion so we can review your concern. In certain cases, and solely at our discretion, we may offer a re-service or partial credit toward future work instead of a monetary refund.

Deposits & Prepaid Services

Some jobs may require an upfront deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment or fail to perform the service. For recurring or subscription-style maintenance plans, any prepaid balances are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled visits within the same calendar month if canceled in accordance with this policy.

Products & Materials

If we sell or install physical products (such as turf materials, infill, cleaning agents, or related items), those sales are final once delivered or installed. We do not accept returns of used, installed, or opened products due to hygiene, customization, or material handling restrictions.

Discretionary Adjustments

Dirty Turf reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a refund, credit, or re-service is appropriate based on the specific circumstances. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and accountability for time, materials, and labor already invested.

How to Request a Review

To request a refund review or discuss a service concern, please contact us with your name, service address, date of service, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
