Surface & Hardscape Cleaning

It is so nice not to walk outside and get hit with a urine smell! We had tried all kinds of products and could never get the smell to go away. David came out and did fast work extracting, cleaning, and adding infill. Now there is absolutely no smell! We will definitely be using them again. Thank you Dirty Turf for making the backyard enjoyable again.

We had another company come out to clean our artificial grass, but unfortunately, they didn’t get the job done. I called Dirty Turf and spoke with “Mustache” Mike, and he was awesome! He took the time to explain their entire cleaning process and what they would do differently. When the crew came out, they did an excellent job. The turf looks great, and best of all, there is absolutely no smell anymore! The guys were professional, worked surprisingly fast, and we had zero issues from start to finish. Great experience all around. I would definitely recommend Dirty Turf to anyone having odor problems with their artificial grass!

We’ve been using Dirty Turf for over a year now and absolutely love their work. Our turf still looks brand new and with having large dogs and kids it’s important to keep up on it. We have it cleaned every 3 months and it’s very affordable. Highly recommend Steve and his crew! You won’t be disappointed.

We have two dogs. They use our turf multiple times each day. It has been almost two years since we have it cleaned. The 3-men crew were on time and friendly. They did a great job. Our turf now smells and looks like new. Highly recommended. Will use them again in the future.

Highly recommend this company. This is the first time I’ve used them. I did not realize how bad my turf was. It smells amazing. It looks amazing. They did a great job very professional and I can actually stand to sit outside right now and I have three small dogs I will definitely be setting up a program to use them again.

Dirty Turf did an amazing job! This was my first time having my artificial turf professionally cleaned, and I'll definitely be using them again. They showed up on time, were friendly, explained everything, and made my turf look brand new. It looks cleaner, smells fresh, and feels like it did when it was first installed. What really stood out was that the owner, Steve, personally called me later that day just to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. You don't see that kind of customer service very often anymore, and it says a lot about the company. If you're looking for artificial turf cleaning or pet odor removal, I highly recommend Dirty Turf. Great customer service, fair pricing, and outstanding results. Five stars. They've earned a customer for life!

Dirty Turf was so easy to communicate with. They provided helpful information without being pushy. Scheduling was easy and timely. They arrived and worked quickly to refresh our turf. I was very happy with the result. It’s so nice to be outside and not smell the turf when you have pets. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I can’t say enough good things about Dirty Turf! From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and professional. We went another company to disinfect and clean our turf first, and unfortunately it wasn’t done correctly. We continued to have problems and were extremely frustrated. Dirty Turf came in, fixed everything the right way, and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The quality of their work is exceptional, and what impressed me most was that the owner Steve personally followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. That level of customer service is rare these days and shows they truly stand behind their work and guarantee it for six months! If you’re thinking about artificial turf, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. I highly, highly recommend Dirty Turf. They earned our trust, and I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend Dirty Turf. We have been using their service for three years and I've always been very satisfied. I have three very large dogs in a not so large yard, so it can get pretty smelly. But they always get the job done. Not only do they do an awesome job, their customer service is equally as awesome...

We recently bought our home and the turf was a disaster. It smelled so horribly, especially in the Arizona heat, that it literally caused you to gag when you stepped out the back door. It was truly a health hazard for humans and our pets alike. Dirty Turf came out within a two weeks of our initial call and performed the Annihilator Turf Clean. We needed to feel like we started fresh from the bottom up. After the initial clean, the smell was still there. Dirty Turf understood my concerns and was true to their word on their guarantee and came out for a second cleaning. We can now walk out the back door and we can truly enjoy the yard! We deeply appreciate the quality of their work.
